Overview

This policy applies to the Android version distributed through Google Play and the iOS version distributed through the Apple App Store.

Laser Box Puzzle does not require an account, login, subscription, or in-app purchase. BPZone does not directly ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, payment information, photos, videos, audio recordings, health information, or precise location through the app.

The app uses Google services for analytics, advertising where enabled by platform or release version, and consent management. Those services may automatically collect or process certain device, usage, advertising, consent, and diagnostic information as described below.

Information We Handle

Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and how you use the app, Laser Box Puzzle and its third-party service providers may automatically collect or process:

• Approximate location inferred from your IP address
• Device or other identifiers, which may include the Android advertising ID or identifiers available on Apple platforms, where available and permitted by your device settings and applicable law
• App interactions, such as app launches, screen views, level starts, level completions, move counts, stars earned, mirror usage, and settings interactions
• Advertising information, such as ads requested, shown, viewed, clicked, dismissed, or completed
• Device and app information, such as operating system, app version, language, device model, and general network information
• Diagnostics and performance information, such as errors, crashes, response times, and SDK operation data
• Consent selections and advertising privacy preferences

The app does not request permission to access your precise GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

If you contact BPZone by email, we receive the email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the platform and released app version, Laser Box Puzzle uses or may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
• Google User Messaging Platform and AdMob Privacy & Messaging
• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Play Services on Android

Google Play Services applies only to the Android version. Apple may separately process information when you download, update, review, or otherwise interact with the app through the App Store under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Advertising

Laser Box Puzzle may display ads through Google AdMob where advertising is enabled by platform or release version. The iOS version 2.0 release enables AdMob and may request, load, and display ads. Earlier iOS version 1.0 builds did not initialize AdMob or request, load, or display ads.

Versions with advertising enabled may show:

• Banner ads on app screens
• Interstitial ads between level transitions, including after every 10 completed level transitions where available
• Optional rewarded ads when you request an extra mirror after the initial shared mirror credits are depleted

Google AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, app activity, diagnostics, performance data, and similar information to provide, measure, personalize, limit, secure, and improve advertising. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on your region, consent choices, account settings, device settings, and applicable law.

Where available, rewarded ads are optional. If you do not choose to watch a rewarded ad, you can continue playing without receiving that additional mirror.

Analytics

Laser Box Puzzle uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve gameplay, reliability, balancing, and user experience. Analytics events may include:

• App and screen views
• Level starts and completions
• Level number, move count, and stars earned
• Use of free or rewarded extra mirrors
• Rewarded and interstitial ad events

Analytics data is associated with app or device identifiers rather than an account created inside Laser Box Puzzle, because the app does not provide user accounts.

Consent and Privacy Choices

In regions where consent or additional privacy choices are required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states, the app may display a privacy or consent message using Google User Messaging Platform and AdMob Privacy & Messaging.

When required or available for your region, you can review or change advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings screen by selecting Privacy Choices. You can also manage relevant controls through your Android or iOS device settings and your Google account settings, as applicable.

Local Gameplay Data

The app stores gameplay information locally on your device so it can remember your progress. This may include:

• Unlocked and completed levels
• Star totals and best level results
• Extra mirror inventory and pending mirror usage
• Haptic feedback preference
• Advertising interval state

This local data is used to operate the game. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by deleting the app from your Android or iOS device. Android or Apple backup features may retain or restore some app data depending on your device, cloud, and account backup settings. BPZone does not provide a cross-platform account or cloud-sync service for gameplay progress.

How Information Is Used

Information may be processed to:

• Provide and maintain the game
• Save progress and app preferences
• Display, measure, and manage advertising
• Provide optional rewarded-ad benefits
• Understand app usage and improve gameplay
• Diagnose technical problems and improve performance
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity
• Manage consent and comply with legal obligations

Sharing and Disclosure

BPZone does not sell your personal information for money. Information may be processed by or disclosed to Google and its service providers when necessary to provide advertising, analytics, consent management, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related services.

Advertising-related processing may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar term under some privacy laws. Where required, available privacy controls can be used to manage these choices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforceable governmental requests, protect users or the public, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and security of BPZone and its services.

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared, restored from backup, or removed by deleting the app.

Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's service settings, retention controls, legal obligations, and privacy policies. BPZone may retain aggregated or non-identifying analytics information for as long as reasonably necessary to understand app performance and improve the game.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about certain personal data processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can take the following actions:

• Use the in-app Privacy Choices option when available
• Manage ad personalization through your Google account
• Reset or delete your Android advertising identifier
• Manage applicable advertising and tracking controls in your iOS device settings
• Clear Android app storage or delete the app from your device
• Contact BPZone using the email address below

Because Laser Box Puzzle does not provide user accounts, requests about third-party data may require you to use the privacy tools provided by Google or your device platform.

Children's Privacy

Laser Box Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under the age of 13. BPZone does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures and reputable service providers to help protect information. Data transmitted by the integrated Google services is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission, processing, or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International Data Processing

Google and its service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Those locations may have different data protection laws. Information is handled according to the provider's safeguards, policies, and applicable legal requirements.

External Links

The app may link to Google Play, the Apple App Store, developer pages, rating pages, this Privacy Policy, or other external websites and services. BPZone is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Please review this page periodically.
