Love Note Studio

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the iOS app Love Note Studio, published by BPZone.
Love Note Studio is a standalone romantic greeting creator. You can browse bundled artwork, choose message templates, customize a greeting image, save favorites on your device, and copy or share finished images through the iOS share sheet.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS version of Love Note Studio. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, advertising networks, or services that we do not control.
The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, make an in-app purchase, or install another app to use its core features.
2. Information You Provide Directly
We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, payment information, personal photos, camera access, microphone access, or precise location.
Text you type into the greeting editor is processed locally on your device to render the image preview and final exported image. We do not send that typed greeting text to our own servers.
3. Local On-Device Data
The app stores a small amount of data locally on your device so the app can function properly:
- Favorite artwork selections
- Basic app preferences or settings
- Temporary rendered image files when preparing content for sharing
This local data is not sent by us to our own servers. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
4. How Core App Features Work
Love Note Studio includes bundled sticker-style artwork and message templates. The greeting editor combines the selected artwork, typed text, layout, background, font, color, and other style choices locally on your device.
When you choose to copy or share a greeting, the app uses standard iOS features such as the pasteboard and share sheet. The destination you select in the share sheet may process the shared image according to that destination app's own privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party SDKs to support advertising and app analytics. These providers may process information independently according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Google AdMob
Love Note Studio uses Google AdMob to display banner ads. Ads are not required to use the app's greeting editor, bundled artwork, favorites, copy, or share features.
Depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices, AdMob may process data such as:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and network details
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address
- Advertising identifiers where available and permitted by platform rules and user choices
- Ad interaction data, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals
- Diagnostics, crash, and performance information related to ad delivery
Google may use this information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud and abuse, improve services, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

Firebase Analytics
The app may use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the product. Firebase Analytics events may include app opens, screen or feature usage, pack opens, and studio actions such as opening the greeting editor.
Firebase may process app instance identifiers, device and app information, and event metadata for analytics. We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, personal photos, or the custom text you type into the greeting editor.

7. Tracking, Ads, and Privacy Choices
The app's current privacy manifest declares that the app itself does not track users across apps and websites. The current iOS app does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can manage advertising choices through iOS settings, including limiting personalized ads where Apple provides that control. If privacy choices are required for your region, Google consent messages may be shown by the Google SDK.
Access to Love Note Studio's core features does not depend on accepting personalized ads.
8. App Permissions
The app does not request access to Contacts, Photos, Camera, Microphone, Bluetooth, precise Location, Health, HomeKit, or Calendars. Copying and sharing use standard iOS system features.
9. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate, analyze, and monetize the app. These service providers include Google AdMob and Firebase. We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, or personal photos because the app does not collect those items from you.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Local favorites and settings remain on your device until you remove them through app behavior where available, clear device data where available, or delete the app.
Temporary exported image files may be created when preparing content for sharing and are stored in the app's temporary storage. iOS or the app may clear temporary files over time.
Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies and controls. For data processed by Google services, review Google's and Firebase's privacy documentation linked in this policy.
11. Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. International Processing
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your region.
13. Security
We do not operate a user account system for this app and we do not store your custom greeting text on our own servers. We use reputable service providers and limit app permissions. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy at the app's privacy policy URL.
