LexiArcade

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LexiArcade handles information when you use the LexiArcade word-game app on Android or iOS. LexiArcade is provided by BPZone (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

LexiArcade does not require a traditional account, email address, password, phone number, or social login. The app automatically creates an anonymous Firebase account to support player profiles, gameplay progress, and leaderboards. This anonymous account is still an app-level user identifier, even though it is not directly connected to your email address or phone number.

Current LexiArcade releases on Android and iOS contain eight game modes and do not include vocabulary lessons, Leitner review, speaking practice, or reminder notifications. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, photo library, microphone recordings, precise location, or payment information. The app does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

2. Categories of information

Depending on the platform, region, privacy choices, and features you use, LexiArcade and its service providers may process the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers: an anonymous Firebase user ID, app-instance ID, device ID, and advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
  • Gameplay content: saved game progress, completed levels, scores, stars, coins, hints, timing statistics, and puzzle drafts;
  • Profile content: the public display name you choose and your selection from the app’s built-in avatars;
  • Usage data: product interactions, app launches, screen or game-mode activity, ad interactions, and other app activity;
  • Advertising data: information about ads requested, displayed, viewed, dismissed, or rewarded;
  • Diagnostics: crash data, performance data, logs, device and operating-system information, and other diagnostic data; and
  • Approximate location: a general location that Google services may derive from an IP address. LexiArcade does not request GPS-based precise location.

We use this information for app functionality, profile synchronization, leaderboards, analytics, diagnostics, fraud and abuse prevention, third-party advertising, and our advertising operations. Some advertising identifiers may be used for tracking as described in the Advertising section below.

3. Information stored on your device

LexiArcade stores app information locally using Android app storage or iOS storage such as UserDefaults. Local information may include:

  • Progress across Hidden Trails, Wonder Words, Knot Logic, Word Guess, Word Bomb, Rush Match, Picture Pairs, and Wordle;
  • Completed levels, stars, coins, hints, rewards, daily-gift status, and gameplay timing statistics;
  • Your profile display name, built-in avatar selection, and profile start date;
  • Unfinished Knot Logic puzzle drafts and game-help status;
  • Haptic feedback and diagnostics preferences;
  • Advertising consent status and privacy choices managed by Google’s User Messaging Platform; and
  • Ad frequency, session-limit, reward-limit, and cooldown information used to avoid showing ads too often.

On Android, LexiArcade disables Android cloud backup and excludes app data from device transfer. On iOS, local app information may be included in an Apple device or iCloud backup according to your Apple and device settings.

Reset Progress removes completed levels, stars, coins, and saved puzzle drafts from the device, but preserves certain preferences and profile details, including your profile name, avatar, profile start date, haptics choice, and diagnostics choice. Reset Progress may synchronize the reset gameplay values to your existing anonymous online profile; it does not delete the Firebase anonymous account or all online records.

4. Anonymous profile, progress sync, and leaderboard

LexiArcade uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user ID and Cloud Firestore to store profile and gameplay information. These services allow the app to display your profile, synchronize gameplay statistics used by app features, calculate rankings, and show the global leaderboard. Cloud Firestore also provides general app configuration such as advertising, reward, and gameplay settings.

Information stored under the anonymous user ID may include:

  • Your chosen profile name and built-in avatar ID;
  • Your platform, such as Android or iOS;
  • Coin balance, lifetime coins earned, speed bonuses, stars, score, and completed-level totals;
  • Highest level, completion count, total play time, timed completions, and average time for each game;
  • Overall average completion time and gameplay statistics used for ranking; and
  • Profile creation, update, and last-seen timestamps.

Your profile name, built-in avatar, platform, score, completed-level total, star total, average time, and rank may be visible to other LexiArcade users. Your coin balance, detailed per-game statistics, last-seen timestamp, and anonymous Firebase user ID are not intentionally displayed to other users.

Do not use sensitive personal information as your profile name. LexiArcade provides only built-in avatars and does not ask you to upload a profile image.

5. Analytics and crash diagnostics

LexiArcade uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes, Android ANRs, non-fatal errors, and stability problems. Diagnostics sharing is on by default and may process:

  • App launches, sessions, screen views, and general game-mode activity;
  • Level starts and completions, difficulty, stars, coins, hint usage, and completion time;
  • Daily gifts, reward events, settings changes, review-prompt events, and ad events;
  • Crash reports, stack traces, error details, app version, device state, and recent in-app actions;
  • App-instance, device, operating-system, performance, and general diagnostic information; and
  • Approximate location that Google Analytics may derive from network information such as an IP address.

LexiArcade does not set your chosen profile name or anonymous Firebase Authentication ID as a custom Analytics user ID. We do not intentionally send puzzle-board contents, selected letters, or user-created audio to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. Profile and leaderboard data is processed separately through Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore as described above.

You can turn future Analytics and Crashlytics collection on or off using Share Diagnostics in Settings. Turning it off applies to future collection on that device and does not automatically delete information already processed.

6. Advertising and tracking

LexiArcade uses Google AdMob and may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown when you choose an available option to watch an ad in exchange for in-app coins or another stated in-app benefit. Ad availability and frequency may vary.

Google Mobile Ads may process IP address and coarse location, device and app identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash and performance data, and other diagnostic information. Google may use this information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, perform analytics, and support third-party and developer advertising. Depending on consent, platform settings, and SDK behavior, a device identifier may be used to track activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

LexiArcade does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission. Without ATT authorization, Google Mobile Ads does not receive the Apple IDFA from the app. The iOS version also requests non-personalized ad treatment. Other app- or developer-bounded identifiers, contextual information, consent information, and privacy-preserving attribution mechanisms may still be processed. Android advertising behavior depends on your consent choices, device settings, Google settings, and applicable law.

LexiArcade sets Google Mobile Ads’ maximum ad content rating to the general-audience level. Google’s advertising practices are described in Google’s Advertising Policies and Technologies .

7. Consent and privacy choices

Where required, LexiArcade uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent before requesting ads. When required in your region, Settings shows Ad Privacy Choices, which opens Google’s privacy-options form. You may also manage advertising and identifier choices through your Android, Apple, Google, or Google-account settings.

The availability of a consent form or privacy-options entry point is determined by Google based on factors such as region and consent status. Withdrawing consent may affect future ad requests but does not automatically delete information previously processed by Google.

8. App integrity and abuse prevention

LexiArcade uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity on production Android builds and Apple App Attest on production iOS builds. These services may process app, device, integrity, attestation, and request information to confirm that requests come from a genuine app installation and to protect Firebase services, profiles, and leaderboards from abuse.

9. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by Google, Firebase, Apple, and their service providers for authentication, Firestore storage, leaderboard functionality, app configuration, app integrity, analytics, diagnostics, consent management, advertising, attribution, and fraud prevention.

Public leaderboard fields, including your chosen profile name and built-in avatar, may be shown to other LexiArcade users. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the app, our services, or our legal rights.

10. Data retention

Local information remains on your device until it is reset, overwritten, or the app is deleted, subject to device backups. Online profile, gameplay, and leaderboard records may remain in Firebase until deleted by us following a valid deletion request or as part of our maintenance practices. Deleting LexiArcade removes the app’s local access to its anonymous account but does not by itself guarantee deletion of Firebase records.

Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, consent, attribution, and app-integrity information is retained by Google or Apple according to their applicable settings, retention periods, and policies.

11. Your choices, rights, and deletion requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You can manage diagnostics and available advertising choices in Settings, reset local gameplay progress with Reset Progress, or remove local app data by deleting the app.

To request deletion of an online LexiArcade profile, gameplay progress, and leaderboard record, email us using the contact information below. Because LexiArcade uses anonymous accounts, include the profile name, platform, approximate last-use date, current rank and score if visible, and a screenshot of the Profile screen if available. We may request additional information to verify and locate the correct anonymous record.

For information controlled directly by Google or Apple, use the privacy controls and request mechanisms offered by those companies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

12. Communications and support

If you contact us by email or through a support link, we receive the information you choose to send, which may include your email address, message, attachments, profile details, and technical information. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, process privacy requests, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Your email provider processes your communication according to its own policy.

13. Children’s privacy

LexiArcade is a general-audience word puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide an email address, phone number, photo, or other direct contact information in the app. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the app and review applicable device and advertising controls.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a profile name or support request, contact us so we can review and address the request.

14. International processing

Google, Firebase, Apple, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled by LexiArcade, including authenticated Firestore access, platform integrity checks, and encryption in transit for supported backend services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. External services and links

LexiArcade may open Google Play, the Apple App Store, the system review interface, the BPZone website, this Privacy Policy, or your email app. External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when LexiArcade, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published at this location with an updated effective date.
