Tic Tac Toe displays ads using Google AdMob. Ads may include banner ads and interstitial ads.
Google AdMob may use advertising data, device identifiers, device information, coarse location, diagnostics, and similar technologies to provide, measure, and improve ads. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, operating system, and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
The iOS version does not require users to grant App Tracking Transparency permission in order to use the app. The app is designed to show ads without requiring the user to allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites.
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app may display a consent message using Google User Messaging Platform and AdMob Privacy & Messaging before ads are requested.
Users may be able to manage or change their ad privacy choices from within the app by opening Settings and selecting Privacy Choices, when this option is required or available for their region.
The app may use push notification services on supported platforms to send app-related messages, such as app updates or gameplay reminders. If notifications are used, the app may ask for notification permission before notifications are shown.

The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and to improve gameplay, performance, and user experience. Analytics data may include events such as game starts, game modes, round completion, selected options, and other app usage events.
Third-party services may collect diagnostics such as crash data, performance data, and other technical diagnostic data to help improve stability, performance, and the app experience.
The app may store gameplay information locally on your device, including wins, losses, draws, selected difficulty, selected board size, selected theme, and other app preferences. This information is used to provide the game experience and is stored on your device.
Tic Tac Toe is designed as a general audience board game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We value your trust and use commercially reasonable means to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
