From application to useful insight
Teacher Access is reviewed before classroom management becomes available.
Teacher Access · Private classes · Learner control
VocaMingo Classroom connects an approved teacher with learners who choose to join. Private class codes, explicit approval, and focused progress reports keep the process clear and respectful.
Two clear journeys
A learner cannot be added silently, and a Teacher Access applicant cannot approve their own request.
Teacher Access is reviewed before classroom management becomes available.
The app shows the class and teacher before a request is sent.
Class management
Classroom tools are designed around explicit membership and practical progress rather than surveillance.
Approved teachers can manage more than one class, subject to the current app limits.
Generate a new private code when needed. The old code stops working without affecting existing members.
A learner remains pending until the owning teacher explicitly approves the request.
See aggregate learning and game progress only while the learner's membership is active.
Teachers can remove a learner, and learners can leave. Report access ends immediately.
Resolve pending requests and remove active learners before archiving a class.
Privacy by clear boundaries
The teacher report is intentionally limited to the information needed to understand learning activity.
Teacher Access and Classroom are optional features that may be opened gradually or paused through VocaMingo's app configuration. A linked, verified email and a recognizable classroom name are required. Teacher applications are reviewed, and current class or membership limits are shown inside the app.
